Refund policy

Undeliverable

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs. Other restrictions may apply.

Exchanges

We exchange wrongly shipped or defective product(s), which may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation your receipt or proof of purchase and the original product including its packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will contact you with regards to the exchange products.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
